St. Justin Martyr School is proud of our Intermediate PACE students who participated in the York Region Tech and Science Fair at York University.
Their creativity and innovation were on full display—from exploring new ways to charge pacemakers to redesigning aircraft turbines to reduce noise pollution.

On Tuesday, March 31st, 2026, the St. Justin Martyr School Luke 4:18 Committee together with their Lead Teachers: Ms. Comper-Swift, Ms. Paljug and Ms. Perrier, introduced and presented our new SJN Land Acknowledgement which was carefully created alongside our Indigenous community partner at YCDSB. On Thursday, March 5, 2026, the Minister of Education placed the York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) under supervision. While under supervision, all decisions that would normally be made by trustees, with the exception of denominational matters, will now be made by the appointed Supervisor, Carrie Kormos.
