This Month of Thanksgiving – Message from Msgr. Vid

Our SJN school community of teachers, staff, in-person and remote students, came together today for a school-wide liturgy to celebrate this month of Thanksgiving.

SJN Thanksgiving Food Drive

We welcome all donations for the St. Justin, Martyr CES Thanksgiving Food Drive, as we partner with Markham Food Bank to alleviate food insecurity.

Donations can be made Tuesday and Wednesday (October 6th and 7th) in the marked box outside of the school entrance.

Rowan’s Law

On March 7, 2018, Ontario passed Rowan’s Law (Concussion Safety), 2018 and related amendments to the Education Act. It is observed across Ontario on the last Wednesday in September each year. The purpose of Rowan’s Law Day is to increase concussion education awareness, especially in schools.
