Mark Your Calendars SJN

Thursday, March 26 we invite Staff and Students to WEAR PURPLE for World Epilepsy Day also known as PURPLE DAY.

The goal is to raise awareness, educate the public, and reduce the social stigma surrounding epilepsy.

SJN, see you all in PURPLE, March 26th!

It was a pleasure to invite and host Indigenous community partner, Kathy Morgan at St. Justin Martyr School on Thursday, March 12th.

Students were amazed at her stories and artifacts that she shared; and they were very enthusiastic about their creation of Indigenous Inspirted Dot Art wooden ornaments that they created.

St. Justin Martyr School staff and students wore Blue and Yellow and Rocked our Mismatched Socks to raise awareness for W.D.S.D – World Down Syndrome Day.

We also participated in a virtual school wide WDSD Liturgy that was led by selected Grade 6 students.

We’re GOING GREEN at SJN

As a means to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day (March 17) and the end of a successful ShareLife Fundraiser, we will be seen in GREEN!

Staff and students are encouraged to get into the spirit and dress in GREEN.

World Down Syndrome Day at SJN will be acknowledged Thursday, March 12th, 2026. Staff and students are encouraged to wear YELLOW and BLUE and MISMATCHED Socks to raise awareness.

At St. Justin Martyr school we will be having a virtual LITURGY led by Grade 6s students. Let’s ROCK OUR SOCKS SJN!
