Dear SJN Families,
Welcome back! We are excited to welcome all SJN students back to school on Tuesday, September 8th, 2026 at 9:00 am. To help make the first morning as smooth as possible, please review the following first-day procedures:
Classroom Information
Parents will receive notification of their child’s classroom placement on Monday, September 7th.
Grades 1–8
On the first day of school, students in Grades 1–8 will look for a marked sign displaying their teacher’s name and grade. Students should assemble at the designated location and wait with their class. Staff members will be available to assist students and help them find the appropriate location.
Kindergarten
Kindergarten students will gather by their designated classroom. Staff will be available to support our youngest students and help them get settled.
In Case of Rain
If it is raining, we will use a direct-entry procedure. Students may proceed directly to their classroom rather than gathering outside. Staff will be available inside the school and at designated areas to help guide students to their classrooms.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we begin the new school year. Our staff will be ready to welcome students and help everyone get off to a positive start.
