This year, Carnaval at St. Justin Martyr will be taking place from January 30th to February 1st. Our activities will include: *A LOTO game. *A “Guess How Many Skittles Are In The Jar” contest. *A snow soccer and treasure hunt game for our primary and junior students during which they will receive an authentic Carnaval de Québec effigy. *Our junior students will make Carnaval masks. *Our intermediate students will have the opportunity to make dough sculptures and prizes will be awarded to the best sculptures. *Once again, students will have the chance to purchase POUTINE which is a tasty French Canadian dish. *On Thursday, February 1st, the students will be watching the bilingual play of “La belle et la Bête/Beauty and the Beast” Our Carnaval Theme Days are: Tuesday, January 30th – Winter Hat Day Wednesday, January 31st – Sportswear/Jersey Day Thursday, February 1st – Pyjama Day
