Our community will once again be partnering with the Markham Food Bank to assist families in need during this season of gratitude for all of God’s blessings. We will be participating in a Thanksgiving Fall Food Drive during the week of October 3 -7th. A pick-up will take place on Friday, October 7th, 2022.
Currently all Food Bank and Food Pantries across York Region are supporting thousands of families per month. Donations of all types of food and/or toiletries items are greatly needed. Your generosity during this time of year will ensure that families will be able to celebrate Thanksgiving as well as Christmas with a sense of hope for better tomorrow. If each student brings in 1 non-perishable food item, we can certainly assist many families in need.
Donation bins will be set up inside the main entrance of school where students can bring their donated items beginning the week of October 3rd.
